My Story

With nearly 24 years of experience in the industry, Graciela Rondon has made a significant impact as the founder and Executive Director of Marketing, Products & Services C.A. Her career began in her hometown, where she worked as a model for five years with Gero Producciones, allowing her to develop a deep understanding of the fashion and beauty industries.

Throughout her career, Graciela has collaborated with numerous beauty and fashion companies, creating innovative and effective advertising campaigns that have helped transform the image of major brands. Additionally, her ability to identify and recruit highly skilled promoters has been key to the success of the projects she’s been involved in.

Her passion for marketing and beauty has also led her to lead several workshops, where she has trained new talents and shared her expertise with future professionals in the field. As the Executive Director of Glow & Grace, Graciela continues to apply her vast experience to provide valuable content that inspires and empowers her growing audience, always with the goal of highlighting the authentic beauty in each of her followers.
